Psalm 27
The LORD [is] my light and my salvation; whom
(de quem)
Shall (future) I fear? the
LORD [is] the strength of my life; of whom shall I be
afraid? {27:2} When the wicked (maus),
[even] mine enemies and

not
fear: though war should rise against me, in this [will] I

confident. {27:4} One [thing] have I desired of the
LORD, that will I seek after ( que eu vou

that I may dwell (morar, habitar) in the
house of the LORD all the days
of my
life, to behold (contemplar) the beauty
of the LORD, and to enquire
in his
temple. {27:5} For in the time of trouble
he shall hide
me in his pavilion: in
the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set
me up (Levantará)
upon a rock. {27:6} And now shall mine head be lifted
up above mine enemies round
about me: therefore will I offer in his
tabernacle
sacrifices of
joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises
(louvores) unto the LORD.
{27:7} Hear, O LORD, [when] I cry with my
voice: have
mercy also upon
me, and answer me. {27:8} [When thou (tu)
saidst,] Seek ye
my face ( buscai meu rosto); my heart said unto thee
(ti),
Thy (Teu) face, LORD, will I seek. {27:9}
Hide not thy (tua) face
[far] from me; put not thy servant away in
anger: thou (tu) hast (has) been my help;
leave me not, neither
forsake (abandone) me,
O God of my salvation. {27:10} When my father and
my mother forsake me, then the LORD will
take me up (recolherá). {27:11} Teach me
thy way, O LORD, and
lead me in a plain path (caminho simples), because
of mine enemies. {27:12} Deliver ( Livra)
me not over unto the
will of mine enemies: for false
witnesses are risen up against me, and
such as breathe
out
cruelty. {27:13} [I had fainted,] unless I had believed to
see the goodness of
the LORD in the land of the living. {27:14} Wait on the
LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen (Fortalecerá)
Salmo 27- tradução
O Senhor [é] a minha luz e a minha salvação; quem
temerei? o Senhor [é] a força da minha vida, de quem terei medo? {27:2} Quando
os malvados, [mesmo] e os meus inimigos meus inimigos, se chegaram contra mim
para comerem as minhas carnes, tropeçaram e caíram. {27:3} Ainda que um
exército se acampe contra mim, meu coração se não medo: ainda que a guerra se
levantasse contra mim, isso [a vontade] eu [ser] confiante. {27:4} Uma [coisa]
já pedi ao Senhor, que eu vou buscar; que eu possa morar na casa do SENHOR
todos os dias da minha vida, para contemplar a formosura do Senhor, e inquirir
na sua templo. {27:5} Porque no dia da adversidade, ele se esconder me no seu
pavilhão: no o segredo do seu tabernáculo me esconderá; porá me sobre uma
rocha. {27:6} E agora a minha cabeça será levantado acima ronda os meus
inimigos sobre mim: por isso oferecerei em sua tenda sacrifícios de alegria, eu
cantarei, sim, cantarei louvores ao Senhor. {27:7} Ouve, SENHOR, [quando] Eu
grito com a minha voz: tem também piedade de mim, e responde-me. {27:8} [Quando
tu disseste:] Buscai o meu rosto, meu coração disse a ti, O teu rosto, Senhor,
buscarei. {27:9} esconder o rosto não o teu [muito] de mim, colocar o teu servo
não fora em ira: tu foste a minha ajuda, não me deixe, nem me desampares, O
Deus da minha salvação. {27:10} Quando meu pai e minha mãe me abandonarem,
então o Senhor me recolherá. {27:11} Ensina-me o teu caminho, ó Senhor, e
guia-me um caminho simples, porque dos meus inimigos. {27:12} Livra-me não mais
até o vontade dos meus inimigos: para falso testemunhas se levantaram contra mim,
e os que respiram fora crueldade. {27:13} [eu tinha desmaiado,] a menos que eu
julgava ver a bondade de o Senhor na terra dos vivos. {27:14} Espera no Senhor,
tem bom ânimo, e ele fortalecerá o teu coração: espera, pois, no SENHOR.
